The first thing you need to look for when choosing a place to rent video games online from is what consoles they offer.  The worst thing that could possibly happen is if you sign up for a monthly service and you find out that they don’t even offer games for your console!

The second thing you need to look for is plans.  Most online game rental services offer between one game out at a time, to three games out at a time.  This decision is important because it will effect how much you pay for the games.  If you are a casual gamer then you might want to pick a smaller plan.  IF you are a hardcore gamer then you might want to choose the maximum plan they offer.

Last but certainly not least, make sure they offer a free trial!  Nothing is worse then signing up for a game rental company and you find out there shipping time is bad because of your location, or it’s hard to get the newest games with them, etc.

So invest a bit of time before picking out a particular video game rental club.  I personally use GameFly .  I am a moderate gamer, they have the best video game selection, and what’s better is they offer a FREE trial for 10 days.  That way, if you don’t like it you can just cancel it at no charge too you!
